Julie is the owner of Healing Jewels Center in Skokie, IL where she currently works with clients providing private, distant, and group sessions. Her grounded, approachable, intuitive nature makes her a natural healer. After attending Texas Christian University where she studied kinesiology and education, she went on to study the culinary arts. A Summa Cum Laude graduate from Kendall Culinary College, she has 35 years of culinary experience in cooking, creating, and teaching all different types of cuisine : Classic, Vegetarian, and Ayurveda cuisine, this knowledge solidifies her as a master in the culinary field. She currently facilitates workshops, classes, reiki, energy healing, readings, and sound healing at multiple wellness centers, yoga studios, and corporate groups like Pinterest, Crate & Barrel, and Lou Malnati’s in Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin.

Julie is a member of the Reiki Brigade where she volunteers her time utilizing her intuition and mastery in energy healing by sharing reiki to trauma victims, police departments, fire departments, and many other areas in need of healing around Chicago IL.
Incorporating writing, her love for nature, she is currently writing a book, and an oracle deck.
Her art deploys natural and organic objects as a medium to create stunning works of art, and her pieces are sold at various studios.
She is married, and a mother of five grown children all who share her love for playing sports, and being in nature.
